Mōu | About you
As our Platform Manager Integrations, you will be taking on some unique leadership responsibilities that revolve around two key areas: People and Integration Platforms. Imagine leading a talented national team within Digital Enterprise Services - it's a significant challenge, but it also comes with opportunities to collaborate across different tech groups.
As we transition from district and regional integration platforms to our national integration platform, your role becomes crucial in guiding our talented workforce through this change. Mapping their career paths from the past to the future is essential to ensure their full engagement and support during this transition.
You'll also be in charge of making important decisions regarding investments, timing, commitment, and execution. Overcoming barriers and challenges to make the right choices at the right time will be your forte. We're all about doing things the right way, not just the easy way. Your role will involve ensuring that our programs, projects, investments, and initiatives align with this principle. Leading our Integration platform capabilities, including people, processes, and tools, is key to our success.
Furthermore, you'll contribute to the overall Data & Digital strategy by representing your domain as an enabler at our Digital Enterprise Services leadership table. Your leadership in the Integration platform teams will directly impact how our customers perceive our services, ensuring high availability to meet their needs and expectations.
Lastly, we're dedicated to nationalising our platform investments to ensure equity. We want to direct funding where it's needed most, making sure that smaller and rural locations aren't disadvantaged in service development and deployments. Your role will be instrumental in achieving this objective.
