As a Processing Officer, your role is critical to customer experience in ensuring freight or product is sorted, processed, dispatched correctly and that our couriers receive it for delivery on time.Shifts:Monday to Friday: 0000 to 0830In this dynamic job you will:Sort our customer's parcels & freight based at our Onehunga DepotDispatch correctly to our couriers to ensure they can deliver on timeHandle freight in a careful and professional mannerLiaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and raise issues where requiredTo be successful in this role you will need to:Be a committed teammate who puts customers firstBe ready for a physically demanding role – heavy lifting is requiredEnjoy working hard and be confident managing your timeHave good geographical knowledgeAt New Zealand Post, we know what values we hold and the exciting direction we are taking our business.
