You will collaborate closely with the Brand and Product Management teams to craft engaging and technically accurate copy that helps introduce new products to our consumers.Reporting to the Chief Designer , you will:Create engaging and effective product copy for our websites, point of sale, retailer channels and planning guidesCollaborate with product managers, engineers, legal, and designers to ensure that the content is accurate and meets customer needsAdopt a 'big picture' approach across all products and brands, to enhance storytelling, ensure consistency, and drive salesResearch and deeply understand the technical details of our products and translate them into understandable consumer-facing copyWrite both short and long form product copy, adhering to strict character counts and frameworksBe a guardian of our brand and product messaging, and develop and maintain conventions and tone of voice guidelinesApply design studio procedures, processes, and tools to ensure content is delivered on timeCollaborate with other copywriters and the wider business to peer review, edit, and contribute as the product expertWhat we are looking forA copywriter with technical writing and brand content experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to check complex and detailed copy for consistency and accuracyKnowledge of technical writing best practices and ability to translate technical information into user-friendly copyAbility to adapt writing style and tone to suit our different brands and audiencesGreat stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills – being proactive to get the job doneAbility to incorporate feedback from various stakeholdersAn understanding of marketing and digital content for luxury global brandsMotivation to take ownership of product knowledge within the wider brand teamWhat we offerOur environment is designed to allow people to thrive.
