We are looking for a Production Analyst who is responsible for end-of-process management of the track-and-trace system (linking cans to cartons to pallets). Leading visualization of key manufacturing data through Power BI and providing support on any additional production activities or projects as and when required.This is a permanent full-time position available working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. You will be part of our Auckland operations team, reporting to the Program & Projects Manager.
You Will:
Be leading production projects, liaising with key members of the Operations team regarding business requirements and audits. Coordinate with external companies.
Continually streamline existing processes to ensure there is no delay.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of production documentation. Define, document and execute definitive projects to improve production processes in conjunction with management and organisational goals.
Escalate any persistent issues associated with your role to resolve them on time.
Perform analysis and work in reports on a daily, and weekly basis and create an action plan to work in continuous improvement and reduction of losses.
Be the functional expert for the aggregation system.
Development and maintenance of production data through Power BI
About You
Mō Koe
You are passionate about analysis and data management, proactive, confident, and process-oriented with a focus in orientation to results, continuous improvement and people management.
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, dairy or food manufacturing is preferred. Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies is favourable. Good communication skills are essential. Ideally Tertiary qualification in Food Science Computer Science.
