Provide Technical & Administrative support to the Production team, Ensure all documentation meets the document control requirements of company QMS, Prepare and maintain all documentation for new jobs/projects/contracts.Production Engineering SupportIn the Production Engineering Support role, you will work closely with the Production team providing day to day administration and technical support for the business activities and other staff.Key functions of the role:To provide efficient and responsive engineering & technical administrative support to the Production Manager, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager and other staff as required.Prepare and maintain all appropriate documentation for the establishment of new jobs/projects/contracts using NIMBUS software.Ensure all documentation meets the document control requirements of company QMS (Quality Management System) prior to being distributed.Manage the dispatch of freight for jobs/projects which require truck transport and specialist Hiab delivery.Support the Production team by carrying out other appropriate administrative tasks as requested.Provide back up support for the Production Manager, Production & Purchasing Administrator and Technical Administration Support.Support the company?s ongoing certification to ISO 9001 Quality Management StandardPromote and enforce a safe and healthy work environment for all company staff and visitors.This position is a full time 40 hour week role based at our Ashhurst operation and there is flexibility on the start and finish times which can discussed with the potential candidates.Ashhurst Engineering was originally founded in 1875 initially providing general engineering services for the local rural sector.
