Responsibilities:
As Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Management, Construction and Quantity Surveying staff. Your duties will include assisting with frontline reception and telephone work, as well as providing general office administration support. Additionally, you will be involved in project support including the being the interface between the construction site and regulatory bodies e.g. around the consents process.
Key requirements:
Organisation skills - Strong organisational skills are a must.
Time management - Able to prioritise the workload and meet deadlines. Adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively to ensure that projects run smoothly.
Attention to detail - Maintain and prepare accurate documentation in a timely manner.
Computer literacy - You must possess a high level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Applications such as Word and Excel. Proficiency in other project management software will be an added advantage.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial in this role. You will be responsible for effectively conveying information and liaising with both internal stakeholders and external parties.

Driver's license: Holding a current New Zealand full driver's license and maintaining a clean driving record is a requirement for this position.
