Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Project Coordinator to join our values driven team. Reporting directly to the Project Coordinator Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for providing strong programme/project related support services across various Projects / programmes, which includes a high level of financial management and tracking.
You will support the Programme Managers and Project Managers in the administration, planning, prioritisation, scheduling, resourcing, and reporting of the programmes of work within IT.
The key roles and responsibilities include:
· Financial Support; for example, raising PO’s via Oracle, track invoices etc
· Day to day support; for example, assist with preparation for project meetings & minute taking
· General administration; for example, filing and various reporting
· Communication - compiling and coordinating communications and liaising with various stake holders.

The person we need is someone who is a fast learner and passionate about working in a team. You will need to be customer focussed and excellent problem-solving skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
· Project Coordination over medium sized portfolios / programmes / projects.
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Strong organisational skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong financial acumen
· Advance MS-Excel skills
· Experience with diary management
