You will be adept at managing and overseeing multiple projects and deliver these projects in line with project management methodologies, standards, and guidelines. You will also have experience preparing design briefs, specifications, tender and contract documentation.This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Your focus in this role will include:Prepare project scopes, cash flows, project execution plans and other documentation to meet Council requirements and timeframesWorking alongside the Contracts Management Team develop tender and contract documentationManage procurement processes, including evaluating and reporting on tender submissions in line with good practice and focused on mitigating risk.About youIdeally you hold a tertiary qualification in construction, technology, engineering or a related discipline and have experience delivering a portfolio of projects. You will be a good communicator and enjoy working as a part of a team. Experience working with members of the public as stakeholders would be an asset.Formal training in project management methodologies such as CAPM, PMP Certification or Prince 2 Practitioner is also required.
