The Role
We are looking for a Purchasing Officer based in our Penrose office for a key strategic account of ours. To be successful in this role you will need to be computer savvy, good Excel skills, great people skills, excellent attention to detail and be reliable.
You will be responsible for processing Purchase Orders (PO's) and ensuring everything is correct and matches up. This role will be working through our bespoke finance system so working on systems is highly advantageous. You will also be a key part of the team helping out where possible.
As someone with great people skills, you will be comfortable reaching out to the right person to find a solution when your keen eye for detail picks up when things aren't matching up.
This is a hybrid role with the ability to work from home a couple of days a week, working 40 hours a week but there is flexibility on when you can complete those hours.
You will be a part of an excellent team and the person leaving this position is staying an extra couple of months to ensure you have the best possible on-the-job training and support!
Skills and Experience
This role is paying $55,000 - $60,000 DOE
