The QA Test Lead manages software testing projects and resources. They work with the test team to ensure we produce high quality, reliable products that our clients love. You will get to: Implement best-practices for QA processes across the different stages of development. Monitor success through team KPIs. Develop and execute maintainable test cases Document test scripts/cases Detect, report and track defects An alyse t est results and feedback findings to developers Managing all levels of testing (System and Regression) and test resources Investigate process improvement to deliver high-quality software products and services successfully and consistently Enhancement of the methodologies employed for test planning and execution, defect tracking, and metric and status reporting. Attend internal and external meetings as representative for product testing Guide career progression for direct reports, nurturing their professional development More about you : You have strong written and verbal communication skills You are a self-motivated individual You are a fast and enthusiastic learner You are emotionally intelligent and self-aware, and this empowers you to engage, communicate and collaborate with all levels of the business to achieve joint outcomes You have excellent attention to detail, and have mastered the ability to multitasking You have a comprehensive understanding of Quality Assurance and Testing You are able to learn new applications, business processes and procedures quickly You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have learnt how to handle work stress Your knowledge and experience may look like the following: Knowledge of the Software Development lifecycle Knowledge of software testing practices and methodologies Knowledge of the Justice sector is highly regarded but not essential 5+ years of relevant work experience History of successful testing outcomes Why you should become a Ready T echer : A day off for your birthday- hip hip hooray!
