We strive to celebrate those differences and create an inclusive culture where all are welcome. **Quality Assurance & Operations Analyst - Global Digital Platform** **How You Will Make a Difference** Collaborate with our agile eCommerce Engineering team ensuring all work is properly tested, both within the codebase of our control as well as downstream integrations.

You will balance QA responsibilities with Operational support, including triaging, prioritizing, and resolving production issues within the team’s agile development lifecycle. Take responsibility and influence the direction of the automation effort and drive the expansion of the Test Automation.

Work in a scrum team and build cross-functional relationships, collaborating with a broad range of teams across our regional and global business to deliver the best digital customer experience. **How you will do it:** + Understand and improve test strategies that integrate QA into all phases of the SDLC.

+ Design, develop, and execute manual test plans within an agile, 2-week sprint cycle. + Advise the team on how to streamline for value-added testing practices.

+ Develop and execute post-deployment validation steps (sanity checks, production regression tests, monitoring, etc). + Collaborate with the Product Owner on business and development requirements, supporting the design process with test-driven feedback.

+ Improve a suite of existing automated tests and provide guidance on the tools to support it. + Work with engineers to establish when automated testing is implemented around key site features and functionalities.

+ Build QA and platform operations-related documentation. + Manage and/or support special integration projects when needed.

**To be successful in this role, you bring the following skills and experience:** + Competent in regression testing techniques. + A practical understanding of Agile methodologies & willingness to follow and improve the processes.

+ Skilled or knowledgeable in automation testing tools and techniques (Test Complete, Cucumber, Selenium, or similar). + Experience in a ticketing/bug reporting system (such as Jira or Bugzilla).

+ Strong reporting and data-management skills. + Strong problem-solving project management capability and skills.

+ High level of accuracy and attention to detail. **Nice to have:** + Experience working within a hosted web platform (Ideally an eCommerce platform such as SFCC, Magento, or BigCommerce).

+ Knowledge of browser page loading steps and principles. + Familiar with XML schemas.
