As a Rates Advisor specialising in database maintenance and queries, you will provide a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our rates system. Your primary focus will be on maintaining our rates database, managing banking transactions, and addressing rating inquiries. Your work will be instrumental in enabling us to deliver a quality service to our ratepayers.
This a permanent, full-time role located in any one of our three offices across the region.

Reporting to the Rates Manager, you will be responsible for managing our rates database, processing payment, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will demonstrate your adaptability and collaboration skills by handling various tasks and working with colleagues to share knowledge and adjust to changing priorities.
