Your new role
Being the ‘face’ of the company you will be immaculately presented and have superior communication skills to aid in liaising with each client enquiry. To some extent this is quite an autonomous position, therefor the successful candidate will be self-motivated and driven to manage their own workload. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meet and greet customer on Reception
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Booking appointment
  • Filing, scanning and archiving documents
  • Updating and maintaining the company data base
  • Providing general information when required
  • What you’ll need to succeed

    Our client is seeking someone who will be dedicated in providing their customers with a friendly phone manner and a dazzling smile to make them feel welcome. You will also have extensive experience in a similar reception position, invoicing experience and high attention to detail. The reception can get very busy sometimes so our client is looking for someone who can work well under pressure and has a willingness to succeed.
