We seek a highly motivated and suitably experienced person to join our busy and varied Wellington reception team in Conservation House.
The primary focus of this position will be managing our new visitor booth as first point of contact for all visitors before permitting access to the Wellington Office. We are ideally looking for someone with security awareness background and is comfortable being sole front of house first point of contact. This role includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of consistent, efficient friendly and effective front and back office functions.
The culture of the department is friendly yet professional and we are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable, has a great sense of humour, and has a high level of organisational skills. The successful applicant will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people face to face, over the phone and via national and international email enquiries.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory, including a valid work visa covering the whole period of employment if applying internationally.
