Recruitment Administrator - Secondment/Fixed Term opportunity (December 2020)


The Recruitment and Sourcing team provides a customer centric recruitment and on-boarding experience for hiring managers and job applicants. The Recruitment Administrator supports the Recruitment Advisers throughout the recruitment process.  In order to be effective the Recruitment Administrator must work in partnership with colleagues, candidates and Managers to develop and manage a recruitment and selection process that is fit for the business context and attracts high quality job applicants.


We have a secondment/Fixed Term opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator who works collaboratively with colleagues in the Recruitment and the wider Human Resources team to deliver services that enable the achievement of MPI’s strategic and operational goals.


Providing administrative support you will enjoy the variety a busy portfolio brings and be inspired to look more effectively at the way we source and attract talent including how we develop our employer brand and improve our candidate journey.


You will be a strong team player with an aptitude for learning. You will be able to hit the ground running with proven adminisatrative skills and experience. 


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Recruitment administration or office Administration experience
  • Ideally you will have experience using recruitment systems
  • Ability to established relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast pace and changing environment
