Responsibilities will include:
Working as a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be in the freeze-dry department and be trained as a Freeze Dry Commissioning Engineer. This position will have you split your time between the Blenheim workshop (building the dryers and factory acceptance testing) and client sites worldwide (commissioning new machines, servicing and fault-finding existing machines).
A strong professional manner is essential, given this is a client-facing position. This role will require you to be away from home for a few weeks, but with a wider team and careful project planning, you will be based in Blenheim for most of the year.
This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities:
Fully qualified refrigeration engineer
Practical background experience in engineering systems and disciplines
C02 experience would be an advantage
Strong skills in working autonomously on technically complex projects
Proficient in electrics, controls, PC applications, and information systems
Have high standards of quality and customer service
Strong communications skills, both verbally and written
