Te Whatu Ora – Whanganui is seeking applications from Registrars and Senior House Officers wanting to progress their career to join our friendly team in Rural Hospital Medicine.
This is an exciting opportunity to start your Rural Hospital Medicine Training Registrar programme. We are offering a permanent full time training position recognised by the College of General Practitioners and has a commencement date of July/August 4. This means the role is only available for doctors in the Rural Health Medicine training programme.
The role consists of runs in Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics and Anaesthetics to give you a good grounding in generalist and emergency medicine. As part of this busy team of RMO's, you'll have excellent access to your senior consultants, and unrivalled opportunities to experience any of the varied presentations to the hospital - ensuring an enviable broad skill base that will expand your career opportunities in Rural Hospital Medicine.
