Due to an exciting internal promotion within our Safety, Health & Wellbeing team we have a fantastic opportunity for talent to join our Safety, Health & Wellbeing Leadership team right here in Aotearoa. Reporting to the Head of Safety, Health & Wellbeing, this role focuses on developing, mobilising and delivering our SH&W strategy within our Primary Connect business which is our end to end supply chain of our organisation. We are looking for people who are passionate to make a difference strategically and for our front line team, you need to be organised and passionate about people, and great at building relationships and influencing at a senior level.

About the Roles | Mō te Tūranga
You will be fit into the SH&W Leadership Team at WWNZ and be responsible for delivering great safety, health & wellbeing across our supply chain business by:

About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an individual with a strong health, safety and wellbeing background, appropriate qualifications and at least 10 years SH&W experience, ideally you will have had at least 5 of those years in a senior safety role. Highly desirable is experience within the FMCG sector, retail trading environments, awareness of the ACC AEP requirements and contractor safety risk management.
