    As a Senior Advisor Guidance Content, you will lead the development of high quality, effective guidance products. In this role, you’ll play an important part in setting out WorkSafe’s expectations as the regulator and describing options to help achieve good practice.

    The Senior Advisor Guidance Content plays a role in key activities, including:

  • drafting of clear, plain English guidance materials that reflect a good understanding of the practical work environment
  • working closely with internal and external stakeholders including industry groups and unions to develop and evaluate the materials produced
  • identify opportunities to develop guidance that addresses different audience requirements
  • The ideal attributes we are looking for are:

  • experience in both understanding and translating technical information into plain English
  • a background that includes communications, or journalism
  • familiarity with project management techniques
  • the ability to quickly assimilate new information and areas of work
