About the Team and the Role
We’re looking for an experienced internal communications specialist to help lead and strengthen our internal engagement and communications activities. The Senior Advisor Internal Communications will provide specialist advice/support regarding internal, strategic and tactical communications issues, and support the wider group to lead and champion effective communications and engagement on behalf of the organization.
The role will deliver high quality communications services and support, and work closely with the Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Managers and other groups across MNZ to ensure consistency across our communications channels and activities. There is also a requirement to provide after-hours media support on a rostered basis, so some experience in media management is desirable.
