Our community is anonymous, non-judgemental, and inclusive.We are now looking for a Senior Clinician to join our expanding social impact led business.Reporting directly to the Clinical Services Manager, The Senior Clinician is responsible for providing oversight, leadership, role-modelling, advice, direction, and decision making to support other clinicians-on-duty in the risk management of Togetherall members within a global peer-support network. This includes escalating risk to relevant organizations internationally, such as institutions, treatment-providers, emergency services, and law- enforcement when necessary.The role provides overnight support for on-duty-clinicians and members who are actively using the platform and is critical to ensuring the active and safe use of the service including safeguarding of members.This role will be a remote/home-office set-up.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction for clinical staff (Lead Wall Guides and Wall Guides) including direct support during shiftsProvide support for members at risk and in crisis and others in community according to Togetherall protocols. Assist Clinical Management Team in service development as neededMaintain clear and timely clinical records in Togetherall’s electronical clinical record systemContribute to team management & supervisionAssist with other reasonable requests re service delivery and member satisfactionAs the Togetherall Support Network develops and grows additional contributions and accountabilities may be added according to needsOther ResponsibilitiesMaintain and protect the confidentiality of members in accordance with Togetherall policies and licensing ethicsEnsure that member safety is protected by taking all reasonable actions to safeguard members and colleaguesUnderstand and comply with Togetherall’s Safeguarding Policies and report as necessary any seriousincidents and record any escalation actions contemporaneously within Togetherall documentation systemsBe aware of and adhere to all Togetherall Policies and ProceduresEnsure the maintenance of standards of practice according to the employer and licensing lawsKeep up-to-date on new recommendations/guidelines and information in the mental health field such as the latest theoretical and service delivery modelsAttend clinical/managerial supervision on a regular basis as agreed with supervisor/managerParticipate in individual performance reviews, annual evaluation, training, ongoing professional development and be responsive to feedback and objectivesMaintain licensure including all required continuing education creditsComplete any mandatory trainings and/or attend relevant trainings according to Togetherall policiesMaintain own workstream related to the development of the serviceCandidate Profilepsychology, social work, psychiatric nursing, or equivalentANDCurrent license to practice consistent with degree and trainingANDExperience with mental health treatment and risk management in a complex clinical settingExperience providing clinical supervision and on-duty decision making in a complex clinical settingKnowledge and experience with best practices for ensuring the safety of people at risk due to mental health concernsDemonstrated understanding/experience of peer/community support as a mechanism for mental health support and wellbeingExperience and knowledge of successfully supporting clients/patients representing diversity (culture, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, countries of origin, etc.)Experience and demonstrated understanding of working in a digital/remote environmentKnowledge of national mental health policy & practice (relevant to county of origin) and the willingness to learn about international mental health policy and practiceAbility to quickly and effectively learn and incorporate new technologiesSuperior communication skills and demonstrated success as both a leader and team-memberDemonstrated professional success in collaborativePro-active and can-do attitudeTogetherall BenefitsWorking hours: 16-40 hours a week, TBD by the successful candidateCompetitive compensation package, depending on experience and locationPackage of health and retirement benefits, depending on locationA discretionary bonus dependent on company performanceAt Togetherall, we don’t just accept difference, we thrive on it for the benefit of those that work with us and our members.
