With a relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, resilience planning, emergency management, or a related field, you have a good understanding of Auckland’s hazardscape and critical infrastructure networks.
We will value your excellent communications skills including the ability to explain your ideas to non-technical audiences and tailor your communication style to suit the situation and audience.
You are politically savvy and can naturally walk the fine line of influencing and driving results with your stakeholders while maintaining and enhancing positive relationships. You are practical and solutions focused, adaptable in the face of changing requirements and resilient when dealing with challenging conversations.
You can maintain focus and composure in an emergency, and rapidly analyse incomplete information.
As you will be managing a portfolio of projects, we are looking for someone who is organised, focused on delivery and has good attention to detail.
