With a primary focus on leading the concierge teams to success, the role emphasises building member loyalty and ensuring brand integrity and service standards are met across the portfolio.This role will emphasise the implementation of the Alberts Experience training framework, with a specific focus on building high-level Concierge service standards across multiple sites. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Senior Manager - Club Operations will be instrumental in leading multi-site managers, ensuring service standards, brand integrity, and concierge relations and standards are upheld. This position requires a keen understanding of industry trends, exceptional attention to detail, and a natural flair for storytelling. The Senior Manager - Club Operations will collaborate closely with various teams to bring the Alberts experience to life.Key ResponsibilitiesMost of your time will be spent on:Implement the Alberts Concierge Training framework, across all team members ensuring a keen understanding of the Alberts Experience and brand.Lead multi-site managers, ensuring service standards, brand integrity, and concierge relations are at the forefront of the Alberts brand (internally and externally facing).Develop comprehensive plans for auditing service standards and brand integrity.Establish clear objectives and timelines for conducting audits.Assess the concierge and wider team's adherence to established service standards.Analyse data to identify trends and areas requiring additional focus in training.Design and implement leadership development pathways within the training framework.Provide opportunities for aspiring leaders to acquire the necessary skills for advancement.Integrate cross-functional training elements to enhance collaboration between concierge and other departments.Collaborate with other departments, such as Hospitality Ops team, to align audit processes with organisational goals.Ability to assess the impact of changes on employees, customers, and business operations.Having a fundamental understanding of hospitality SOS.GeneralProactively lead by example, undertaking reasonable duties to meet position objectives.Attend meetings and training sessions as required.Prioritise and manage workload to meet KPIs.Act in the business's best interests and champion a culture of high level customer experience.Core CompetenciesOur ideal candidate will have experience in:Leadership management, with a strong focus on attention to detail.Familiarity with audit execution and training framework development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; understanding of Teams, Nexudus, Slack, Active Campaign, and Monday.com (a plus).Strong business acumen, including forecasting, P&L reading, and budget analysis.Revenue stream scaling and development.Basic understanding of compiling, reading, and analysing data sets.Profit and loss management and summary.Extraordinary relationship building skills.Exceptional customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.Come work for Alberts!We will pay you well and you will be making a huge difference. You will be working in a growing company alongside experts and visionaries who have a drive for success. We'll invest in your career and development and value you as part of our diverse and dynamic workplace.Don't wait – hit that apply button now and introduce yourself. We can't wait to read your CV and cover letter.#J-18808-Ljbffr
