  • About The Role 

    As Senior Manager for Product Experience, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, manage and deliver the review of fees as directed by the Head of Pacific Products
  • Develop the Pacific product experience strategy and roadmap that meets customer, product, regulatory, and management requirements
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders both locally and globally, and appropriately challenge, influence and persuade when required
  • Provide recommendations, insights and decision support
  • Ensure roadmap deliverables are compliant with regulatory requirements and expectations for all ANZ Pacific geographies
  • Lead the timely delivery of milestones and outputs, including papers for Executive team
  • Identify and proactively mitigate all risks and issues ensuring outcomes are not impacted
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable reporting requirements (both internal and external)
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership, customer centricity

    About You
    To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • A passion for problem solving, understanding complex processes and understanding the roles of multiple systems in the delivery of products
  • Project or product management experience including delivery in complex business environments
  • Leadership capability with strong people and communication skills
  • Stakeholder management experience to a senior level
  • Demonstrated knowledge of processes, policies, financial systems and models
  • Experience with working across functions/geographies
