Where making an impact matters.In this newly created role, you will be our senior expert on building transition strategies, and the go-to person on climate and ESG scenario analysis. It will have the opportunity to shape how Kiwibank builds long term strategies responding to climate change, nature, and other emerging issues.This role sits within our Sustainable Finance team, reporting to our Head of Sustainable Finance.This is us. Where your expertise matters.At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have the following experience:Professional experience working directly (or with exposure to) ESG, climate change, sustainability, risk, strategy and/or sustainable finance.Extensive research and analysis experience, preferably with ESG / climate change, regulatory and/or financial information.Critical thinking skills to clearly identify and articulate strengths and weaknesses of multiple solutions / approaches.Experience creating and testing strategic scenarios.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills.Proven ability to build relationships quickly and confidently and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external parties.Above all we are looking for someone who embodies our Kiwibank purpose and values, and someone who thrives in a fun and supportive work environment.Apply Now
