Ngai Tahu Tourism are looking for a skilled marketer to join to our team, working across our North Island portfolio of premium tourism brandsWe're looking for a candidate that has a passion for tourism, sport and New Zealand. Working across an iconic portfolio of brands, you'll be a strategic thinker who loves getting involved and working with stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences. You'll enjoy engaging with people and have experience in managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver business objectives.The potential for this role is well beyond its current scope. Based in Tamaki Makaurau and working across a portfolio of brands in Te Ika-a-Maui (North Island), this role will be largely autonomous, therefore requiring a high level of expertise and knowledge.The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with Iwi lead businesses across the Ngai Tahu Holdings group as well as a number of key external stakeholders to the organisation, including New Zealand Rugby and New Zealand Rugby Players Association. ..What we're looking for :A minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing rolesContribute to the implementation of high-level marketing strategies and campaigns as required for the Ngai Tahu Holdings group of businessesRelationship management with key internal and external partnersProvide and implement appropriate marketing advice to the Manager - Marketing and other leaders as required.Identify innovative marketing opportunities to enhance brand, reputation, market share and increase revenue.Advanced knowledge of digital technology and platforms, including CMS and CRMExperience in managing budgets and delivering commercial outcomesAbility to meet tight deadlines and coordinate complex projectsNatural orientation towards change, improvement, innovation and kotahitangaAn awareness of and affinity for the needs and aspirations of Ngai Tahu whanauFamiliarity with the Treaty of Waitangi and its application to the work of Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu.What we can offer in return :A supportive environment to learn te reo Maori and Ngai Tahu culture and valuesOpportunities for professional developmentFree onsite car parkingHealth and wellbeing insuranceLaptop and phoneNgai Tahu is a highly reputable, thriving iwi organisation, striving to enrich the lives of current and future generations.
