Senior Payroll Analyst- APAC (Remote) Department: Finance / AccountingEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Remote, USADescription YOUR OPPORTUNITY The Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the payroll process for APAC countries (Australia, Singapore and New Zealand), utilizing complex systems and processes, including maintaining award and classification codes in the Financial Systems as well as ensuring the seamless interface with the external payroll processing provider. As you join InMoment and its brands (ReviewTrackers, Lexalytics, and Wootric) you join an industry-leading company who is dedicated to improving experiences and helping businesses take actions through an integrated CX approach:Integrating the voice of the customer wherever they are in their journey (taking surveys, on social media or leaving reviews, calling the contact center).Integrating CX technology to prioritize action and inform business decisions—through self-serve or strategic advisors.Integrating an AI powered approach to eliminating data silos and leveraging intelligence.Ultimately, we are the best at helping our clients achieve better business results and Experience Improvement (XI) with the best-in-class CX analytics & action solutions.WHAT YOU'LL DOCoordinate and undertake the payroll process utilizing applicable systems.Troubleshooting and processing of ADP interface files, Bamboo employee master interface filesand GL interface files.Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salarydisbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate anddelivered within appropriate timeframes.Review, update and maintain the financial system requirements, codes and allowance changesin alignment with local legislation.Liaise with Financial Accounting to ensure appropriate codes are in place when setting up newemployees.Prepare complex payroll and human resource information for data input and assist withchecking, quality control and maintenance of records to ensure accuracy, service quality anddata integrity.Be the conduit between employees and the external payroll provider for changes to retirementelections and funding, tax requirements and other deductions.Audit timesheet data and prepare payroll time sheet interface files and leave reports for APACand other regions.Provide knowledge and expertise on award requirements relating to payroll matters to internalcustomers this may include payroll legislative obligations including any applicable Awards,agreements, policies, procedures etc.Maintain strong relationships with the HRIS Systems administrators and the Human Resourcedepartment personnel.Contribute to process improvement by participating in a range of payroll and service deliveryreform activities.Liaise with US and APAC on requirement gathering, testing changes and provide approvals tomove program changes into production.Calculate, fund and file payroll tax as per local legislation.Respond to and resolve internal and external payroll issues.Liaise with external payroll provider in relation to end of financial year processing.Prepare and provide agreed data to auditors as and when required.WHO YOU AREQualification in either Payroll specialization or Accounting.Skills/Experience/KnowledgeMust have proficient knowledge in the following areas over a period of 3-5 years:End-to-end payroll processing experience for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore is a must.Strong knowledge and experience in complex Finance/Payroll systems, preferably ADP, Ceridian,and Bamboo / Workday HRIS system.An understanding and ability to interpret Industrial Relations and Award provisions and theireffects and obligations to both employees and managers.Knowledge of legislative and compliance requirements in relation to taxation, superannuationand other statutory obligations.Strong information systems knowledge, including requirements gathering, testing and reviewingprogram changes, creation of test files and change management.Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products including outstanding excel skills, including pivottables and VLOOKUP's.Previous experience in being the point of contact with an external payroll provider.WHAT YOU'LL GAINUnlimited PTO - We encourage all employees to recharge! 8 Paid Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays, Your Birthday Off, Volunteer Day, Fully Paid Parental Leave up to 18 weeksMedical with FSA and/or HSA (which includes an employer match up to $1,500)Free starter membership to the GymPass app, with access to a network of gyms as well as full access to popular wellness apps such as Calm, Headspace, Meditopia, and Strava401(k) Retirement matches dollar-for-dollar for the first 2%, and then 50 cents on the dollar for the next 4%.
