  • About the role:

    As Senior Product Mgr, Customer Resolution, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide strategic direction and decision making on the day-to-day management of the Customer Resolution events as required
  • Manage Customer Resolution understanding across products and execute key project initiatives
  • Investigate and understand business reasons behind product decisions, as well as cost-benefit analysis of various remediation solutions, to make pragmatic decisions that speed up customer resolution without negative impact to customers
  • Establish and maintain key internal relationships across end to end value chain and pan bank
  • Contribute to the leadership of Customer resolution
  • Be a knowledgeable and collaborative business partner
  • Demonstrate the ANZ values and contribute to a customer-centric culture, fostering collaboration across teams and business units 
  • Location: Auckland preferred

    Role Type: 12 month fixed term, part time (30 hours per week)

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and improve processes end to end for a better customer experience (internal and external) in conjunction with stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable across banking products offered in the NZ market
  • Motivated with the ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure and manage multiple activities in accordance with delivery requirements and timelines
  • Goal oriented with a strong service ethic balanced with commercial acumen
  • Strong focus on best practice and improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
