This role is a unique blend of project management, business analysis, process and data analysis, testing, change management, and application ownership. Key responsibilities: Champion the understanding of internal customer problems, design fit-for-purpose business processes and systems, and drive alignment across stakeholders. Produce high-quality project and technology operations documentation, and facilitate problem-solving workshops. Plan and execute the testing of new and upgraded software, and understand their impact on our business. Lead the implementation of new solutions internally, drive user adoption, and enable new ways of working. Collaborate with global teams on IT projects, provide consultation on application upgrades, and maintain existing technology solutions. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role, with a preference for experience in an external facing role. Experience in project coordination or management, business analysis, process design, change management, application ownership, and service management. Strong project business analysis skills, including the ability to understand and elicit business needs, manage scope and prioritisation, and create valuable documentation.
