Join us as Service Sales Engineer and you will be responsible for the achievement of sales and business targets. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs and growing the ABB's market share within the specific industry segment. Your responsibilitiesImplementing service sales strategy. Driving the channel strategy and the recruitment and positioning of service partners. Managing and utilizing installed base and developing digital offeringsAchieving volume beyond installed base penetration by implementing digital and energy efficiency solutions. Securing recurring revenue through service agreementsEnsuring achievement of service sales targets, providing cost-effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as neededDeveloping new market opportunities and generating service sales opportunities by identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios. Leveraging service product portfolios from Motion and other ABB businessesEstablishing long-term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements, and applicable regulations and exhibiting high technical expertise in solutions and service productsSelling entire service portfolio to expand ABB's market footprint. Managing sales activities, prepares reports and statistics. Evaluating and sharing relevant installed base data, sales leads, customer and competitor intelligence, and market trends within the Motion Service teamSupporting the Service Sales Manager on the marketing and communications activities for Motion Service products and solutions including digital and physical eventsTranslating the needs of customers into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutionsYour backgroundDegree qualified in a related field (e.g. Electrical / Electronics / Automation / Mechatronics engineering) with strong experience in Sales and Account managementTechnical knowledge of motors and drives, circuit breakers, EV chargers, and Industrial control applicationsProven technical aptitude with knowledge of industrial processes and applicationsExperience working with direct and indirect sales channelsExperience with digital / cloud-based services and applicationsExcellent communication skills, top-notch customer service, professional character, and good team spiritWell-versed in MS Office applications and CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce)BenefitsRetirement planLife insuranceDisability insuranceAccident insuranceFlexible work practicesMore about usABB Motion Services serve customers around the globe with innovative services to maximize performance, uptime and energy efficiency throughout the lifetime of electrical motion solutions.
