Operating at a senior level, and through a strong collaboration and strategic approach, you will be accountable for developing strategic partnerships internally and externally with key partners who can help ACC connect with our business customers, allowing us to support mutually beneficial outcomes, such as reducing workplace injury and improving the business customer experience when dealing with ACC. You will also have an overview of the existing partnering arrangements between ACC and partner organisations, at both a national and local level, able to spot the opportunities for adding value to both parties.
As a Strategic Business Customer Partner, you will be part of a new, multi-functional team focused on strategic partnering, solution management, campaign delivery and workflow coordination for the wider Business Customer Solutions team, supporting ACC’s objectives.
