The Role
We're looking for a Team Leader Network Control in our Network Management team - they hold the role of the Road Controlling Authority, allowing access to the road corridor, approving traffic management plans and enforcing them.
This role leads a team of Traffic Management Coordinators and Street Activity Officers who ensure we manage the risk of accessing and using the road corridor. You'll ensure compliance auditing is fit for purpose, and hold the accountability for the approval of Traffic Management Plans.
You'll be responsible for ensuring reporting and compliance auditing is fit for purpose, and that the advice we give to those wishing to use the transport corridor is appropriate.
We're looking for a strong people leader, with a good understanding of the relevant legislation and how to apply it, excellent communications skills and a track record of leading high-performing teams. You will be able to navigate between reactive, tactical and strategic spaces seamlessly. Check out our position description to find out more.
The salary range for this role is $98,272 - $115,614.
