Technical Field Officers are who our shareholders turn to for knowledge and expertise. They spend their day on the road visiting farmers, building relationships and recommending best solutions for our shareholders. 

Our team of Technical Field Officers are a vital service to our shareholders and are the face of Farmlands to many shareholders that spend their time on the farm - so we need people who believe in what we do and the service we have been providing for more than 60 years.

Mōhou ake | About you

We're looking for future Technical Field Officers who are rural all-rounders. You'll be able to connect with our shareholders, be confident giving technical advice, and be focussed on solution-selling. 

Key to success is:

• A strong sales track record or a sales-focussed mindset
• Account management skills and the ability to build long lasting relationships
• Technical knowledge including agronomy or nutrition

We're open to those already in the industry, those with a strong sales and business development background, and Agri graduates.
