Professional Sales Limited is now hiring a competent Territory Manager to work in the Auckland region.Professional Sales Ltd, we are nationally recognized sales and marketing firm which offer innovative and effective solutions to take business to new heights. Our dedicated team who works, day – in and day – out together to bring our clients the most amazing projects for a digitally connected world.Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Territory Manager for Auckland Region, who must drive, experience and mobility to work across many areas needed to organize and deliver the sales campaigns.We provide cost effective customers acquisition programmes, using face to face, direct sales, and marketing campaigns. Our innovative direct sales marketing techniques are effective to clients, due to our proven strong customer acquisition results. Our primary service is promoting and selling the Services and building brands by face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.What will you do in this role?This is a great opportunity to consolidate your previous direct sales management experience.Organizing, planning, directing, and coordinating the sales and marketing operations in the market.• Developing business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability• Analysing and reviewing budgeting, financials, and sales records• Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue• Evaluating relevant data to determine customer service output• Scheduling sales activities and deploying teams, particularly with respect to new services, products, campaigns• Handling the augmentation and implementation of sales approach and setting sales target to increase company’s market share and customer adherence• Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies• Handling complex and escalated customer service issues• Monitoring competitors, market conditions, services, and product development• Recruiting, developing, and training sales representatives with clearly communicated sales and overall performance standards• Developing training and conduct performance evaluations for sales representatives• Directing the development and implementation of strategies to boost consumption of services through the formation and reinforcement of brand image• Controlling the advancement and application of strategies to frame and maintain and organisation’s image and prominence with its customers and immense public• Ensuring that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies, and ethics codes of conduct.• Compliance with all relevant legislation policiesJob Requirements:You must have:Equivalent to Certificate in Sales or Marketing or Business or higher in above stream will be highly considered.• At least 1-year Team Management Experience in Direct Sales and Marketing Industry will be required• Ability to identify risk and issue that could affect the project and apply effective solutions • You may travel within in greater Auckland Region as per business needs.• You may have to work in the evenings and weekend to meet business deadlines.• You must have full NZ License• Strong documentation skill.• Ability to work under pressure in calm manner.• Confidence to interact with all levels of staff and management with an ability to formulate opinions and provide arguments to support ideasIf you meet all the criteria and have an incredible skill set that matches this brief, we would love to hear from you.
