About the Role:
Reporting to the National Sales and Marketing Manager, the Territory Manager will oversee sales objectives and initiatives for the Athena and Clearlite brands. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets within the designated territories.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and potential growth opportunities.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and sales conferences.
About You:
• Proven sales experience, with the ability to hunt new business opportunities as well as maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• You will be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
• You will be resilient with the ability to overcome obstacles, learn from setbacks, and use them as opportunities for growth.
