We're a founder-led business and a small tight knit team based near Karangahape Road, Tamaki Makaurau.  About the role  We're on the lookout for a results-driven Trade Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving brand visibility and sales in on, off-premise and grocery channels in New Zealand, Australia and The Islands. You'll be a crucial member of our marketing team to support the delivery of our marketing plans and keep us one step ahead of the competition.  Responsibilities: Manage and execute trade marketing plan & activity in off-premise, on premise and grocery channels ensuring alignment to the marketing plan.  Manage the conception and execution of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials in sales channels to optimise brand visibility. Work closely with key distributors, sales teams and retailers to deliver the overall plan and identify and execute opportunities to drive sales of Pals.  Plan and execute in-store sampling programs to encourage trial and purchase of our products. Manage all aspects of online retail imagery & product information to enhance the brand's online presence.  Provide support for retailer presentations in collaboration with Head of Sales and distributors.  Manage the production and sourcing of sales assets.  Collaborate with the Head of Sales to deliver incentive programs for key customers and distributors.  Responsible for keeping spend in line with agreed budget, gathering quotes and negotiating the best rates, getting approval from the Head of Marketing.  Measure the return on investment (ROI) of trade marketing activities. Assist in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, plan and timelines across New Zealand & Australia. Support on the development of brand planning across New Zealand, Australia and The Islands.  Take on ownership of marketing projects from time to time.  Understand and consider sustainability goals in day-to-day work, identifying opportunities to positively impact these targets. Who we're looking for:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2- 4 years proven experience in trade marketing, preferably within the alcohol or FMCG sector. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
