The Department of Critical Care Medicine has a permanent fulltime Ward Clerk position available. T his role is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday starting at 1p.m and finishing at 10 p.m.
The role of ward clerk involves a high level of contact with families/whānau and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for the maintenance of patient's files, data entry for patient admission and discharges, and assisting with ward administration tasks. The ability to be flexible to cover team absences is also required.

To be successful in this role you will have proven clerical experience and a positive 'can do' attitude. You will bring your advanced computer skills and effective communication to be able to work well in the role.
