About the role

As a Work Broker you’ll engage with employers to provide a professional service to link Work and Income job seekers.  You will use influence and networks to seek out current and future employment opportunities from employers across a range of industry sectors.  
You will promote job seekers to employers and build long term professional relationships and work alongside Case Managers and Work Services colleagues to ensure sustainable employment outcomes are achieved.

About you

This role will appeal to a sales-oriented person as you will become the voice of clients and promote their skills to employers. 
You enjoy business development and identifying opportunities.  Results-driven, you can easily build strong relationships with diverse groups of people in the local labour market and the community. You prefer a fast-paced, work environment, and can find solutions that create lasting positive outcomes for clients.

Based in Taupo and reporting to the Work Services Manager, you will be part of a wider Work Services network across the Bay of Plenty region.  A willingness to travel if required, is essential.
