What you will do

As a Workforce Analyst, you will be responsible for monthly reporting, data cleansing, fielding ad hoc requests and contributing to projects across the People Capability Portfolio.  You will be providing HR specific insights and recommendations based on HR trends, analysis and measures and you will support the design and building of reports that require complex data manipulation of large HR data sources.  

Additionally you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining HR analytics and monthly/quarterly metrics;
  • Providing data analysis and recommendations to our Planning, Reporting and Analytics team;
  • Assisting with related projects and initiatives that incorporate HR data and analysis and;
  • Providing SME level support for HR analytical and reporting tools.

What we need

Our ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment, think outside the box and be innovative.  

You will:

  • Have a demonstrated experience in analytics and reporting with some HR component;
  • Be able to effectively analyse HR data and provide relevant insight and recommendations. Have excellent communication skills and a desire to continually develop and challenge yourself;
  • Be confident in the use and development of toolsets using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Access and Excel and with an appreciation of database management techniques and best practice;
  • Be able to work in an agile environment, whilst also having the ability to carry out routine work.
