What you will do
As a Workforce Analyst, you will be responsible for monthly reporting, data cleansing, fielding ad hoc requests and contributing to projects across the People Capability Portfolio. You will be providing HR specific insights and recommendations based on HR trends, analysis and measures and you will support the design and building of reports that require complex data manipulation of large HR data sources.

The Workforce Planning, Systems and Analytics Unit is responsible for providing support by developing and integrating workforce strategy and supporting HR plans and initiatives for the overall NZDF effect of generating a sustainable workforce.
