He angitutanga: The opportunity As the Application Support Specialist you will support the Marina Systems Manager with implementation, upgrading and maintaining marina systems. Furthermore, you will assist the team with maintaining and improving current systems and provide user support in the form of training and technical assistance.
Please note: This role is also referred to as Marina Systems Administrator.  
Day-to-day you could expect to:
Ensure the seamless functionality of our marina management system (CRM)Maintain data quality across different systems Collaborate with various cross functional teams to provide technical support and training, and diagnose and resolve any issues that ariseProvide and maintain quality reports   Log and track defects through to resolutionMaintain up-to-date, quality documentation on systems and processesDemonstrate an understanding of financial acumen He korero mou: About you
You will ideally have experience with scripting languages and a sound understanding of relational databases and TSQL. 
We will be looking for:
A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageousStrong analytical problem solving skillsA solid background in customer service and ability to communicate at a high levelUnderstanding of system-to-system interfaces and various data file formats Familiarity with accounting practices and general ledger functionsExperience with MS Office 365 including Power Platforms is desirable Proficiency in scripting languages such as TSQL and VBAKnowledge of the marina industry and marina operations is desirableAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, coupled with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision   Nga ahuatanga kei a matou: What we offer
