OCS Ltd is currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to join their team! Located in Wellington – OCS is the leader in the Commercial Cleaning Sector. We pride ourselves on providing quality services and account management within the industry. Our services include commercial cleaning, confidential document disposal, facilities services management.
We are looking for a Contract Manager to lead soft cleaning service operations in Wellington. Someone that can ensure a smooth service is delivered to all our existing clients and exceed their expectations. You will be able to make strategic decisions with support provided by the Operations Manager. A typical day would include overseeing cleaning operations and offering support and direction where required; problem-solving, manage operational costs, report on profit & loss reports, meet with existing or new clients and undertake any other tasks as may be reasonably required to assist the company in achieving its business objectives over a 7-day operation.
You will be a highly motivated with excellent communications skills and at least 3-5 years of operations management. You will add value to our global business and want to progress within our organization. Reporting to your Operations Manager you will bring energy and initiatives to the role and have sound knowledge of the area/region.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Deliver efficient and on-time service to our customers. The ability to lead & manage multiple sites and cleaning teams. Excellent attention to detail.
Be an organized and motivated individual, who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and muck in when required. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
All applicants must pass Ministry of Justice Clearance and have a Full Clean NZ Driver’s License (not international). Also, must be able to provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in NZ (visa doc and passport)
