We are looking for a team player who can provide high quality executive assistance services to the Deputy Chief Executive of our Delivery Group. In this role, you will identify priorities, field communications and ensure the DCE’s time is spent in the right places (and knowing when and when not to pull them out of a meeting!).
Kōrero mōu | About you
Using your exceptional organisational and time management skills, you will be confident in email and diary management. You are the visible face for your manager, and a trusted adviser with the ability to speak for your manager while maintaining confidentiality over highly sensitive information. If you can anticipate, push back confidently and use your initiative to See Ahead, we want to hear from you!
This position also provides back up to other administrative areas of the Group and is part of the Ministry Support Team.
