Executive Assistant to Challenge Director and Governance GroupWe are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant who is skilled in providing efficient and effective administration and business process support.About the opportunityThe purpose of this role is to provide executive assistance to the Challenge Director, and support the functioning of the Governance Group, Support Team and Executive Leadership Group within New Zealand’s Biological Heritage National Science Challenge, which is hosted by Manaaki Whenua – Landcare Research.This position is fixed term (though to June 2024), full time (37.5 hours per week) reporting to the Operations Manager, with day to day direction from the Challenge Director and Governance group. The position is based at our Lincoln site.About youYou will have advanced knowledge of administrative policies and procedures, with experience in a senior or corporate EA/PA role. Ideally you will be confident in all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability and readiness to acquire new skills relevant to the role.
