Executive Assistants to the Executive Leadership team (ELT)

We’re now recruiting an Executive Assistant for each our five Deputy Chief Executives (DCE) of the following branches:

  • Service Delivery
  • Organisational Strategy and Capability Development
  • People
  • Finance and Business Operations
  • Office of the Chief Executive

Together these DCEs provide collective organisational leadership and work collaboratively to deliver the organisation’s strategy. Individually they each have responsibility for a Branch to lead the delivery of a set of functional accountabilities that deliver on the organisation’s operating model.

We need you to bring your expert executive level support abilities to the organisation and in return you’ll receive our full support to further your talents and develop a great future. You’ll focus on providing a first-rate support services to your DCE – organising their busy schedule and acting as a first point of contact on their behalf. Your flair for organisation, time management, communication and stakeholder engagement will shine, as you efficiently manage a high workload and a busy diary and respond to enquiries – essentially doing whatever’s needed. You’ll be an expert at proactively troubleshooting and horizon scanning, and you’ll be politically savvy and experienced at expertly managing and influencing on behalf of your DCE. Teamwork is essential in this position as you’ll work closely with the wider EA network to deliver exceptional support across a busy ELT.

You’re experienced at providing exceptional support at an executive level, so your professionalism and adaptability will match this position’s importance, diversity and pace. Your interpersonal skills are outstanding, and you demonstrate initiative and a positive approach to tasks.
