Are you the dynamic individual that will help take us there?Located within the picturesque campus of St Peter’s School, the St Peter’s Swimming Academy delivers high quality programmes to over 1300 swimmers in an outstanding aquatic complex with a 10 lane 25m heated outdoor pool and a 6 lane 25m heated indoor facility.As Head Coach of Swimming you will lead the development and implementation of the St Peter’s Swimming Club programme to help our swimmers to reach their full potential and to be successful on a national and international stage. Key responsibilities of this position include: The delivery of a world class coaching to students, aspiring and high-performance athletes within the wider community Providing strong leadership and direction to other coaches and athletes Developing strong engagement and positive relationships with stakeholders Creating and maintaining a culture of excellence in swimming Working with the Director of Aquatics to ensure the delivery of high-quality programmes to achieve broader St Peter’s goals. We are looking for an outstanding candidate with experience in building and leading a sustainable coaching programme from transitional groups through to senior. You will be a dynamic leader with passion, energy and ability to take the already successful, St Peter’s Swimming Club to new highest.
