The HR Reporting Analyst is responsible for extracting, analysing, interpreting and reporting on complex human resources information across Land Information New Zealand (LINZ). You will be producing meaningful and targeted reports that will assist the senior leaders and wider business managers to make sound business decisions.
As a team we are focused on continuous improvement so we are looking for someone who can bring new ideas to the table as we progress on our journey to becoming more automated and cloud based.
In addition to the regular reporting requirements you will need to juggle a variety of ad hoc reporting requests, contribute to the development of our use of technology and manage the HR input for responding to Parliamentary questions and Official Information Act requests. As a critical contributor to the smooth running of the annual remuneration review and HRIS system administration, you will need to be an organised and customer focused individual.
