As a keymember of the Infection Prevention & Control Service, you will work closelywith the Nursing Director to coordinate administrative tasks, managecommunications, support quality management initiatives, and foster effectiverelationships with stakeholders. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring thesmooth operation of the IPC Service and contributing to the organization'smission of providing safe healthcare environments.

Coordinate daily,weekly, and monthly milestones to support the Nursing Director inachieving business objectives.Manage the NursingDirector's diary and resolve conflicting priorities.Handle communications,phone calls, and correspondence, serving as a point of contact forinternal and external partners.Liaise with accountspayable staff and purchasing officers for IPC Service expenditure.Monitor and order IPCService supplies and office resources.Produce reports,presentations, and briefs as required.Assist with new staffrecruitment activities, including interview scheduling and onboardingprocesses.Maintainconfidentiality and privacy of sensitive information at all times.Display criticalthinking and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement in officemanagement.Coordinate IPC Servicestaff travel arrangements.Maintain up-to-dateSharePoint site of IPC policy documents.Build and sustainprofessional relationships with key stakeholders.Ensure IPC team membersremain connected for meetings using communication technologies.Coordinateadministrative duties for IPC Service Committees and Working Groups.Act as a front-linepoint of contact for IPC Service inquiries.Provide administrativeassistance during IPC risk events and outbreaks.Excellent timemanagement and prioritization skills.Ability to handlecritical tasks with confidence and discretion.Strong attention todetail and ability to manage competing priorities.Resilient with apositive attitude and flexibility in shifting priorities.Initiative and abilityto think ahead, offering suggestions for improvement.Excellent communicationskills, both oral and written.Understanding ofprofessional relationships in a complex organizational environment.Advanced computerskills, including MS Office applications.Desirable: Experiencein document production, understanding of the healthcare sector, andproject management support.If you area proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare and adesire to make a difference, we invite you to apply for this excitingopportunity.
