The Purchasing team in our Procurement Department has an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Coordinator to join the team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity to join us here at Auckland Council!
As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will provide high quality purchasing support to all procurement activities across Auckland Council, focusing on minimising time, cost and risk associated with this activity.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position, however we are also interested in candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills on the job. Knowledge of the local government environment would also be highly advantageous.
