You will be reporting to the People Business Partner in Christchurch Business Partnering - Partner with Service Group Leaders (with national teams) to support with execution of people processes and priorities as well as employment relations as they arise Resolve ER issues quickly, identifying risks and working through them with stakeholders Provide accurate, commercially focussed and comprehensive HR advice and deliver key People activities, credibly Support high performance initiatives - Support and enable the achievement of a high-performance culture through influencing and coaching managers Provide induction, exit and mobility support Be up to date with industry trends, legislation and best practice to continuously improve Teamwork - Provide exceptional HR support and work collaboratively with the wider People team across NZ, Australia and Manila Mobilisation involved with mobilising employees moving across locations (within NZ or internationally) What can you bring to the team?
