Senior Salesforce Administrator Job in Auckland Recruiting by Suncorp Group

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in optimising and maintaining our Salesforce orgs to support business operations and drive enhanced customer engagement by collaborating with cross-functional teams.This role will suit an individual who can look forward and help us to continuously improve our Salesforce Platform. You will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform in order to design, implement, and manage Salesforce solutions that align with our strategic goals and ensure a seamless experience for our internal staff, brokers and customers. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will enjoy liaising with stakeholders at all levels and managing users including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.What you'll do: Handle Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Creating and modifying objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validations rules.Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Recommend and design optimised processes leveraging Salesforce capabilities.Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure appropriate access and security controls.Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data import and data cleansing.Design and generate insightful reports, dashboards and analytical insights to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key performance metrics.Leverage Salesforce automations tools such as Process Builder, Flow and Apex triggers to streamline and automate business processes.Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customisations, and processes for current and future use.Provide training and support to end users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and promoting best practices to enhance user adoption. What you'll bring: Salesforce Certified Administrator - Mandatory.Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships.Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic.Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, data security, and declarative development tools.Understanding of Agile development practices.Detail-oriented with advanced problem solving, business research and analytical skills.Experience working within the Finance or Insurance Industry is preferred.
